CHILD PROTECTION

We have a strong commitment to the safety, protection and well-being of all children and young people in our care.

This includes actively seeking to prevent all forms of abuse and neglect to the best of our ability.

For this reason, all those working with children or youth, and those in positions of authority in our church undergo regular training in matters of child protection.

They are also subject to the NSW government’s “Working with Children Check.”

These requirements are irrespective of whether the work undertaken is voluntary or paid.
